Video Silo, I was a victim to their scam. After constant correspondences, and complaints to the BBB, these scam artist finally sent me 2 of my original tapes + 2 DVD's. I sent them 4 original tapes and expected 4 DVD's. Instead received the two original tapes, invoice for 4, and two DVD one of which was totally and purposely destroyed.
Per Master Charge, I needed to send them back two DVD's for total credit, never mind whatever happened to my other tapes. Now they have charged me the full amount twice. How many times must I pay for Scott Wolf's garbage.
So far the only action is the BBB considering Video Silo as unacceptable. Thank you ripoffreport.com, I appreciate providing a forum for victims of scammers.
