Visiontel Communications ripoff Eliot Maine

I ordered over the web. Today I noticed a chage in my checking account. I called and told them to cancell all further shipements and asked them what to do to return the product. he told me I could not return it. I questioned him and asked why? he had no answer. I asked to speak with his Supervisor to get my question answerd. He put me on hold and said "thats the way it is." I demanded to speak with someone who would answer my question. He said "I can see your not going to let this go so just return it." I'm going to return it the minute I get it but based on everything I have read my concern now is will i get my money back?

There is no return policy on the web page. I see nothing that states a no money back policy.
It's also very interesting to me that they debited my account and i never got an e-mail with a tracking number, any kind of information what so ever. Every company I have ever dealt with over the web sends you an e-mail stating they have shipped and a tracking number or estimated date of delivery.
