Vocalocity VOIP Service constantly down - no warning, no help, no back-up system - poor quality constantly. Atlanta Georgia

We tried to call Vocalocity to tell them that our phones are down AGAIN! We got a fast busy, a continual ring, a no answer was what we got. Dead air. Call Failed. No life no service no help. We cannot continue to have our business down, time after time.

Our phones are dead. We continually have these types of problems where our phones are totally down with no warning no reason no call no service no help. We cannot continue to operate like this.

We have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with our local tech company troubleshooting on our end only to find out our internet is fine, our pings are fast, our Server is up and all of our specs are perfect.

The VOIP system is down we are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY and DISSATISFIED Customers. This down-time is destroying my business.

What is the solution? Who has the answers? What is the back-up plan in place that insures this does not happen to us again? I want to talk to someone who can help me. My phones are totally down and have been for more than an hour this time. We cannot receive calls, make calls, receive voice mail, nothing, nada, zilch.

Vocalocity accepted the responsibility to be my company's phone service provider. It has been a constant stream of continual lack of service not to mention LACK OF PHONE SERVICE.

I'd like to have their legal department realize this is turning into a legal liability issue and either fix the problem immediately and give me reassurances it is fixed - or prepare for a law suit.

I will not continue to see my company's reputation destroyed as a result of Vocalocity's ineptness and total lack of ability to provide non-stop service.
