I bought a VW Jetta Diesel, 5-speed turbo in July of 2003. The care came with a 50,000 mile warranty on the engine. The engine completely blew out at 40,000 miles and the manufacture would not repair it. They made me personally pay $6300 out of pocket to repair the engine. The car new only cost $19,000.
I have never had a car where the manufacturer flat out refused to honor its warranty. This is outrageous.

You provide virtually nothing but thin air as your basis fo the complaint......no facts equals no action....you make it very easy for an auto manufacturer to deny your claim if you want to call it that..........evidence of ALL required maintenance would be a place to start.....do that and start over........

Hello,
Did you have all of your receipts for the upkeep on the car? Anytime you have a warranty, you have to perform all maintenence as required. This includes oil changes, fluid changes, belts, etc. However, you have to keep all receipts when this maintenence is performed or your warranty is void.
