Waffle House One hour wait, still no food. Duluth Georgia

My daughter and I attempted to eat breakfast at this location on a recent Sunday morning. We were greeted and were seated rather quickly. Ordered our food, there were many people behind the counter making working movements. One woman there was taking all of the orders and were ordering them as she saw fit. After about 30 minutes I asked the waitress if our food would be coming soon, she said yes. After a total of 60 minutes I told the waitress that I wanted to pay for our drinks because we had to leave. She said no charge for the drinks.

The only other time I was at this location the food I ordered was served cold and the burger not fully cooked. OK, so they were busy, I let it go. But I will not return to this location, nor recommend it to any of my friends.
