Wal Mart Walmart money card Card compromised but then lied to 4 times Nationwide

I found on Tuesday, 5/13/2014, that my card was used to make ATM withdraws in Brooklyn, NY and I live in Fort Worth, Texas. I called the card company and was told that they will put on a block and order me a new card. If I needed money, call them and they will open it up and then put the block back on once I am done. 

LIE #1: Replacement card was never ordered. When I called on Thursday, 5/15/2014,found that card was never ordered.

LIE #2: They tell me that they caught the compromise and they put on the block. WRONG! I found it..

LIE #3: Told me that to get my money back, I need to go online and when I am in my account, to go to where the claim form is at to start the investigation to get my $400.00 back. Found that I can not log into my account anymore since the card was cancelled. Makes my account obsolete.

LIE #4: Was tp;d on Saturday that I can go to Walmart and that I can have access to my funds. When I called today, found out that I can have access to my account, but I can not get any cash out. 

I am now informed that my new card should be here on 5/29/14, at which time I need to call to get my account turned on again. That means that I get to spend the HOLIDAY WEEKEND sitting at the house. Can't do anything like go to the Zoo or buy an ice cream from the street vendor because I have no cash. The corker is that my paycheck will be there on Friday, so that will give me over $3,500.00 and can't touch it. No access to it. I think since rent is due, I'll go live with the people from Walmart since they won't let me have any money.... Screw up their weekend...

Seems that waiting 2 weeks for a new card is to long. Course, if they had ordered the card when they told me it was going to be sent, it still would have made for a long holiday.

Why can I not go to Walmart and buy a new Monry Card and just transfer funds so that I can have access to my money? Seems that they could have offered an express shipping fro a long time customer. But, in the normal WALMART fashion, screw with your customers. Seems I'll be going to a real bank here real soon...
