WALMART MONEY CARD GREEN DOT DEBIT CARD THEY ADD YOUR MONEY THEN WON'T ACTIVATE CARD AND DON'T SEND YOUR MONEY Internet, California

My wife bought this card from Walmart which was enclosed in a plastic case. The card appears as a dark blue card with the Walmart logo on it (sun). When she brought it home there were instructions with it advising to call a number or to go online. I went online to activate the card and the instructions were very, very unclear about what you needed to do to use the card. To add on to the frustration, you need to input your social security number to create your account. After going to the store to use the card I was unable to and had to call the number on the card which was 877-937-4098. The representative on the line had mentioned that the card could be used for swiping transaction and nothing else until another card had been sent to me. So I waited for the 7-10 days for the next card to come to me which had a new card number along with my name on it. There was a sticker on it advising of a number that need to be called to activate the card. It was the same number..877-937-4098. I called the number and pressed option 5 to get connected to customer support. This prompt asks you for your card number or social security number. I had entered my card number probably about 10 times to be told the  same thing over and over. That there was a security lock on the card that had to be removed first. After it advised of this, it stated to call 877-937-4098. There are no option to get literally to customer service and speak with someone about this matter. Also the security lock cannot be removed online using your newly created account. The last time I called this morning I called 877-937-4098 and selected option 5, but this time put in my social and was told there was a 20 minute hold time. Literally after waiting 32 minutes I hung up. I wish to pursue a lawsuit against this fraud. Contact me please.
