Walmart MoneyCard Charged fees twice after they claimed they would not with minimum load amount met. Shreveport Louisiana

I purchased a Walmart money card for $6. This is supposed to be the best card at the time. Simply put they charged fees they say they would not. A $3 monthly service fee was charged even after the minimum load amount of $500 was met. They claimed they would waive the fee on next months cycle but charged the $3 anyway and they did it twice. I wrote them an email. They sent me an email back saying that this had to be handled by phone so I called. The customer service rep was rude and argumentative like they did not make mistakes. I showed him where and when and he just got quite. I told him after a while that I had to go and just put the money back. They never did.
