Walmart Moneycard walmart credit card rip off scam monrovia California

I purchased a Walmart Moneycard (prepaid credit card from Walmart) and loaded $300 to it in the store. Shortly after this I checked my balance and noticed I was missing $106 from my card. I called them and they said AmazonPrime.com charged my card for the amount. I told them I have no idea what that is. They asked me if I had contacted amazonPrime about the dispute and I said I have nothing to do with Amazon...Not my job to call them!! Then they said they are shutting down the card and all remaining money on it was locked up until about 2 weeks when my new card would arive. Unreal.

     Then they said to go on the Walmart Moneycard website and down load a dispute form, fill it out and mail it to them. Then they would see what they could do from there.... I told them to keep it all and I would just write about it online. One of the times I called to check my balance from the 866 number on the back of the card, and the person working at Walmart Moneycard told me I won a free loaded $100 gift card and just verify my info with them so they could send it to me!!! I hung up and called right back and a different person said it was a scam.....on there end inside the company. I regret sharing personal info with this company and they are not to be trusted. I will never use a preloaded credit card again. John
