I use walmart moneycard for credit/debit..didnt know that everytime you go to reload this prepaid card its 3.00,everytime.however they say when you reach 1000.00 you get free maintenceon your prepaid card, well I have done that to and they still charge you the 3.00,to add money, they charge you for everything you do with this card, its crazy..this is another one of walmart scams..3.00 might not seems to be alot, but that adds up..so beware I hope someone someday can get a class action suit against them teach them a lesson..

It isn't a rip-off because you agreed to the terms. Why don't you use a debit card attached to a checking account?
