WALMART 2546 FIRED -word of undiciplined child-not my customer-manager refused to help ORANGE California

So with that post bashing people based on orientation and identity we can see why Walmart fired you.  When you sue them please reference this thread as to how cruel they were to you.  It's informative.  

The mother is the unruly child , most mothers know better.

WHY DID WALMART BOTHER TO HIRE ME? QUEERS from Walmart FOLLOWED ME and harassed me on my own time. 2014 I was followed by two lesbians in a white niassan SUV . 2014 I was followed by a fagged in a black camaro with tinted windows. 2014 two notes left on my windshield (April).I still don't know who they are. 2008 a manager named Linda acused me of talking on my cell phone at the end of my shift on my way back to the time clock, what she did not know is that I had never owned a cell phone. 2008 on my own time I was shopping after clocking out and I was harassed by a manager for shopping on Walmart time. This happen two different times.

We regret any harm that's come to you and it's our hope that you get the justice you deserve! This is an ambiguous statement but i understand.

This incident is not the only one , there are a 6 other incidents and they all come from walmart management,

the stress of harassment and discrimination.

this child stopped a long line of customers standing in line to pay .This child was blocking the cashier acces to the bags, and the long line stopped.

managers refused to help... cashier and customer stared at them until they moved , then they move behind the cashier where they were told not to be and that is a liability problem (trip and fall).

Walmart cashiers are not obligated to be friendly to young unruly children that hold up the line for other friendly customers waiting in line in front of the friendly cashier.  This child and her guardian were not in the line in front of the friendly cashier.

When this happens friendly customer service is there to help resolve the issue by guiding the unruly child from the area  behind and to close to the friendly cashier so they can resume their friendly duty to the friendly customers in front of them.

When customer service does not respond to the blinking light designed to get their attention for this kind of incident , the line in front of the friendly cashier slows down significantly and it is much more difficult for the friendly cashiers to perform their friendly duties for friendly customers waiting in line .

WHEN I STARTED WORKING AT WALMART A MANAGER REPRIMANDE ME FOR TALKING ON MY CELL PHONE,

THERE IS JUST ONE PROBLEM WITH THAT, I HAD NEVER HAD OR OWNED A CELL PHONE.

I WANT MY REPUTATION CLEARED IN PUBLIC FROM THE SLANDER WALMART CAUSED, WALMARTS RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS IS WALMARTS PROBLEM ESPECIALLY WHEN WALMART IS NOT ABLE TO CONTROL THEIR MANAGERS .

I WILL NOT APOLOGISE FOR DOING THE WORK I WAS TOLD TO DO THE WAY I WAS TOLD TO DO IT FOR MANY YEARS . I AM CERTAIN I HAVE A CASE AND I WANT AN ATTORNEY THAT IS SMART ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT.

 I WAS BEING HARRASSED BY WALMART MANAGEMENT WHILE WORKING AT WALMART AS A CASHIER AND MY 86 YEAR OLD FATHER WAS DIEING OF CANCER AND NEEDED MY HELP, SOMEBODY WHOM I DO NOT KNOW.

PUT 2 NOTES ON THE WINDSHIELD OF MY VEHICLE IN THE WALMART PARKING LOT WHILE I WAS WORKING, THESE NOTES COULD BE INTERPRETED AS A THREAT, I REPORTED THESE NOTES TO WALMART AND MALL AUTHORITIES.

The squatters in this house are not family never have been, never will be and my family never acted like they do.

They were not house guests and not entitled and have no authority , do not call me a liar again. They are not in the will or trust.  Lying to Police is criminal.
