I purchased close to 100 dollars worth of items my first visit to this store location. On May 10th, 2025 I made a 47.00 purchased of groceries and intended to go back inside to buy propane for cooking. After I got the groceries in the car. I sat their to fill out online forms for my missing daughter Dominique Sandra Marie Lax born May 24, 1989 It took about over an hour to complete. The police came and informed me. Walmart no longer want me on their parking lot or in their store. They TRESPASS ME. I'm shocked as a black consumer. I made purchase and just took time to complete online forms as a Certified Paralegal. The police officers was only doing their jobs to information me what Walmart wanted. I feel racial aimed, target profiled in a majority white city Population 88.8 % .06% Black So I'm the only black woman in the parking lot being racial single out as a customer. I've alway Shop at Walmart for years and to emotional being seen under a false Stereotype Crackhead black woman on their property was devasting emotional injury, distress and damage to my character image in front of others shoppers. I have congestive Heart failure AFib. I use a walker that's challenging to get in and out of vehicle. So, I just don't take off right of way. I take a breath and relax for a moment. I would like to be compensate for this injury and embarrassing scene that I had to encounter being a consumer. I as a Paralegal is seeking attorney for out of court quick settlement. There are cameras around the stores that will show not true, I never stayed overnight because there are signs posted no overnight.
