Waste Management You'd be stupid to do business with these guys Foxboro,Massachusetts Nationwide

I've been a commercial customer of Waste Management for 15 years.  Bill started to rise rapidly with crazy surcharges and fees. Pickup was twice per month with 2 yard dumpster. Fee rose to $192.00 from $90.00 per month. Contract allows them to charge anything they want and if you don't like it ,you pay a 6 month penalty to exit the contract.

Last fall started shopping. When I asked Waste Management the expiration date of my contract, I was bombarded with the "contract retention team'  trying to throw me a bone and retain my business. I refused to answer the 6 phone calls from this team as they are trained to try to appease you. By the way, the new trash hauler who is also local warned me all this would occur! He was right on.  I signed with him for $74.00 per month and a nice new plastic dumpster.

WM further ticked me off by charging me $220.00 to remove the old dumpster. Sent them a letter stating I wouldn't bad-mouth them if they dropped this charge....no respnse and another bill. So if there is competition in your area for waste removal, shop around and make these guys last.
