Waste Management Failed to pick up trash. Fined by city. Nor me, city or lawyer can get a hold of customer service. Phoenix Arizona

I started waste management service at the beginning of last October. They didn't pick up my trash for the first MONTH of service, even though I called every week to make sure they'd be out there next week. Every week, they'd said they'd be there, every week they failed to show up.

Eventually, I got a fine from the city when my trash bags were adding up in my driveway. My lawyer stated that Waste Management was responsible for the cities fine due to breaking their side of the contract.

Waste Management said they were out to pick up trash, but the trash was not by the curb. The city took a picture of the trash by the curb both late into the evening on the day Waste Management was to pick up the trash in the early morning and on the night before when I first put out the trash.

Both statements to adjust both the billing amount and the amount fined by the city from codes and enforcement  and my lawyer were ignored by Waste Management. Not only that, they failed to send me a bill, but did send me a late notice for 15% more than quoted. Waste management rep on one occasion told me they'd have someone from their finance call me to dispute. No one ever did.

I just recieved the late notice and called to dispute it. Called in the morning, waited 30 minutes for someone to answer, no one answered. Called later in the day, waited 45 minutes and no answer.

Luckily, I'm in a city where there is multiple options for trash pickup. Never seen this much incompetence from any company before.
