WellnessWatchersMD Lied in website-Lied on phone call several times Did not honor REBATE $50.00 Princeton New Jersey

On approximately March 23, 2009, I mailed a Rebate Form to Wellness WatchersMD, requesting the $50.00 Rebate that they promised for a Lip Plumper that I ordered on March 16 2009. This company offered this rebate for "simply trying WellnessWatcherMD". It required a "free health assessment to qualify" for the rebate, which I complied with. It stated that Rebates would be received in 2 to 3 weeks (April 21 at latest).

On May 5, 2009, I had not received the $50.00 Rebate. I phoned the Well Watchers number, 800-591-6383 (given in Rebate form), and after putting me on hold to check on something, I was told that the Rebate would be mailed on May 11 or 12th, 2009.

When I had not received it by May 19, 2009, I again phoned WellnessWatchersMD. I spoke to "Ryan" who put me on hold. Eventually he returned to tell me that they had had a "banking" problem and some of the checks were being remailed and should arrive by the "end of May".

As of today, May 25, I still have not received my $50.00 Rebate. Perhaps I will receive the Rebate in the next week, but I doubt it.
