West lake financial westlake fin REPO MY TRUCK AFTER PAYING 3 YEARS ON IT OVER $240.00 WHICH I PAID AND THEY STILL TOOK TRUCK Los Angeles, California

I purchased my 2005 ford exp from West Lake, I paid $500.00 for 3 years , one day I made a partial payment and owed $120.00 then it was christmas time I heard my truck being hitched up I came out and called west lake like they are towing my truck ??? the man said you have a $144.00 balance that carryied over ! i said well heck let me pay it the repo man is outside , he took my payment and i said well the tow man is still here can you tell him to leave my truck ? he said no we will stop him before he transfers your truck. Which they did not ! so I called west lake again like hello , where is my truck ??? he said ok with fees, tow, and now you have to pay one payment $495.00 plus late charge plus the police release  it will be $1,000.00 to let you know the truck is I am like what ?? ok whatever ok, I need my truck, so I said ok I have my debt card ready, the guy said OH NO only your assigned account rep can take the payment he will contact you today ! never happend so i called like on record 2-3 times a day everyone said to me the same thing I am like where is this guy its going on 4 days ? and now i have to pay storage fees. it took a week and half for him to call me back saying hello, Mrs Morris I wanted to take tha payment from you sorry i was out for a while, I was so pissed i said well i went and put down $3,500.00 on another car and its christmas how can you tak so long to simply take a payment ??? when i am behind you guys call me like i am a criminal now you guys cant seem to take the payment and let my truck endure storage cost ? really !

he said he was sorry i said by the way i put $3,500. down on this truck at 144k miles it was not running goood when bought it i had a recorded call from west lake saying that the dealership listed and charged me for things that were not on the truck like 2nd row a/c and the truck being a xlt which it was not and a c/d player and rack on bottom which it did not have and they tell me oh the dealership has to correct this but you guys funded the loan without the corrections ! wow i was so upset 3 years you take my truck and do not take my $1,000.00 payment ! wow I am so upset i hope to find a attorney to go after your company!
