We went 1 year ago and was given Disney tickets, we were told how cheap this was and we kept telling them we could not afford this, they told us to give them 100.00 and then they would take out 180.00 a month and if we wanted to cancel this we have 10 to 15 days, I tried to call back and got no response, always a recording and no one has called me back. They continue to take this out of my account, well I tried to call in the Fall to stay at the resort and could not even get a room, without paying 100.00 more. I am fed up.

Melodie,

As you realize, we do offer phenomenal discounts off theme park tickets in exchange for attending a timeshare presentation.

For those who signed a contract, we simply explain in the paperwork how to contact us back, cancel and get your money back.

Most of our owners have the option of booking dates up to 11 months ahead. Due to a finite number of units available, we recommend owners book as early as possible. An additional resource that greatly assists our owners is the Owner Account Management (OAM) website, oam.westgateresorts.com/oam/ , where they can check availability and even book a reservation without waiting on the phone. It has other resources, such as our Owner’s Document, which can assist you in better understanding how to use your timeshare. You even have the option of sending a guest, in case you decide to send a friend, relative, or rent out your unit to make a profit. Please call us or visit our website so that we may assist you in maximizing the value of your timeshare.
