WFS Financial DECEITFUL, MISLEADING, HARRASSING, PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING AGAINST PRIVACY NOTICE IRVINE California

WFS is has it's employees harrass you and your references. They call at least 20 times a day. One of their employees even called a number that I used to call them on and told the person that if I do not make my payment, they were going to repossess my vehicle. Mind you not, this number was not a number that was listed as a reference. I immediatly called a representative at WFS and demanded that a supervisor return my phone call. I did not get any satisfaction out of that phone call. I was only told that the representative will be talked to. I informed them that it was against their Privacy Policy to give anyone any information regarding my vehicle as well of the status of it.

I eventually decided to give the vehicle back. Before I could their repo man pulled up to my driveway (in my yard) where my vehicle was parked and hitched his towbar to it.

The car was sold at an auction almost a year ago. WFS has not taken the car out of my name, someone is driving around in the car, it is not registered. I am being sent letters from the DMV stating that they will garnish my wages if I do not pay for the registration. I had to take time out of my day and go online to file a release of liablity. This is something that WFS should have done the minute the car was back in their possession since they were the lienholders as well as the finance company who owned the car.

WFS is the worst financial company I have ever dealt with. Their representatives are dishonest and lie to get their commission as well as tell other people your personal business. They should be sued and shut down and not allowed to operate in the United States.
