Is there anybody out there that can do something about this absolutly most fraudulant, rudest, underhanded company, & let me just add how do they find the b*****s who work there, I think they all need to get laid big time. I have never in my life experianced such a dispicable way that they conduct there business practices.

From almost the first month of purchasing my car they were herassing me with phone calls. Now I too as most of all the reports I have read, was never late on my payments.

When your payment is due on the 24th, why are they calling you on the 10th? They called one time & I asked "when is my payment due?" She said "the 24th" I said "what day is it today?" She said "it's the 21st" I said "why are you caling me?"
She said "because you're late" I told her that is impossible I have made every payment on time & haven't missed any.

I pay all my bills online, I set them up as they are due, and they are payed. I don't even open half of my bills that are mailed. I just shred them at my office.

So when I actually did open the next bill from them, sure enough, I had late charges & past due amounts.

My question is this, I didn't have bad credit at the time I bought my car, I had never heard of this financial co., but trusted that with my credit it was O.K. So are the car dealers getting payoffs? What is the f*****g deal here. And now they are screwing with my credit also. Helloooooo! Is this legal?

My next step is to go back to the car dealership, and do some investigation there. This is so unbelievable, I am just asking isn't there anybody out there that has some kind of knowledge as to what we can all do about this dispicable comapany??

REFINANCING

AUTHOR: Barbara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 31, 2007

Thanks Veronica, But unfortunatley they have lowered my FICO score by doing what ever it is they do in there vengeful little tactics. I am trying to REFI but so far have been turned down.

I'm thinking og going back to the dealership and raising a very big stink with them. I do not know why the would ever have stuck me with this co., other than that they have a deal with these people.

I just think that with all you people out there that have been screwed by this co. Someone must have some idea of what we can do.

Are any lawyers reading this?

What i did...

AUTHOR: Dina - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 31, 2007

Veronica,
I too have good credit and thought nothing of it when i was financed through this company by the dealership. Then i decided to check them out on this site, and i was floored by what i had read. So I decided to scrape together a few credit cards instead, and pay WFS off, which i did, before the first payment was due. Before i did that they were questioning my insurance, which was resolved through a three way call with them. Everything went smoothly and they even sent me a refund in the end. My advise to you would be to either pay them off with another loan or try and refinance ASAP. unfortunately, my sister does use this company for her auto loan, and so far, it has caused her no problems. i will cross my fingers, as she does not have the resources to refinance at this time. That would be my advise to you, if at all possible- find your own financing...GOOD LUCK!!!!!
