Wildflowers & Bugs Took my order for a custom sign for which I paid in advance, he has never delivered it Syracuse, New York

I met George at the Christmas Expo in Cleveland, Ohio in November 2009.  I was in the booth next to him with a Greyhound Rescue Group.  I got to talking to him about his show pieces and decided to purchase a custom house sign which was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife.  Since her birthday was not for a few months he gave me a discount because I didn't need it for Christmas.  Total cost was $125.10.

I sent him pictures on Dec 10, 2009 of my 3 dogs whose faces were supposed to be painted on the sign. I waited the requested 8-12 weeks and then sent him an e-mail asking when I could expect  delivery - never received an answer.  Since then I have called 3 times and left messages, still waiting to hear back from him.

Just out of curiosity I Googled Wildflowers & Bugs which is how I came to this site. I am really sorry to see others in my same predicament.  I will post a complaint with Discover and perhaps they can do something to stop this man from posting charges for Discover. 

I wonder if the Attorney General of the State of New York can do anything since his business is located in New Youk.  Perhaps if everyone wrote to the AG of NY it would help.  Perhaps not get our money back but give us some piece of mind.
