My issue is the same as all others previously reported on this site. Prepaid by credit card in October 2010 at the Timonium MD Home show-$83. No correspondence, no delivery of product purchased, he had no idea if he had even made the plaqueper response to our first email (phone calls always got an answering machine and never a return call), then after several additional emails he said it was PROBABLY sent a few weeks ago, when pushed for something firm he advised that it was sent priority mail on December 18th but he did not know the post office and that it could have been one of three in the area. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered. We WILL be contacting the AG of NY and the BBB as well as our credit card company to get our refund.

Our friends FINALLY received the plaque after it was ordered in October!!!!  My credit card company refunded our money and pursued the refunded chg from the company. His explanation was that his invoice states up to 12 weeks, but did not address the lack of return calls or emails.  He responded as though WE were being unreasonable in demanding the item we paid for. I also contacted the organizers of the Timonium Home Show and was told that they have barred him from future shows since we were one of many who complained.  PLEASE do not do business with this company or the individual who is the owner. Your money will be gone and you will have to fight to get the product.  When you can go to any number of organizations in person and online who give great customer service, it is foolish to let this man continue to do business in this way.
