This company called me about a debt I owed to neteller for checks to an online casino. they were very rude and abusive on the phone and bullied me into giving them money. I talked to an attorney who told me that these debts are illegal and they are violating the fair debt collection procedures act because they claim they are going to sue you and have you arrested when you don't actually have to pay the debt because a internet gambling debt is ILLEGAL and you DON'T HAVE TO PAY.
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION IF THEY CALL YOU. THEY WILL USE IT TO ELECTRONICALLY RAID YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THAT'S WHAT THEY DID TO ME. NOW I'M GOING TO SUE THEM.

i hope you have been keeping up with the problems that neteller is having. i hope they go down. i would not mind using an online gambling site and using neteller or someone like them to fund my account. but as you and so many people have found out, neteller is a scam and so are the casinos. they cheat, cheat, cheat. don't go there any more.
what happened about paying the credit card bill?

Maybe you should simply stop gambling online if you're not willing to pay when you lose. It appears that you owe money to a site you gambled on, and when you lost you don't want to pay? Did I miss that? Why are you gambling in the first place if you don't have the money to back up your bets? If I'm wrong here, please correct me.
Otherwise, the problem seems to be with you not being a very good gambler--in all ways--you don't win and you don't pay when you lose. Why are you getting ripped off here again?
