Do not hire Williams, Cohen, and Gray or Commercial Collection Agency to collect a debt for you. They collected a debt for us in June 2012 and we have yet to see the money they collected for us. They gave us the run around until early September and have been non-responsive to all emails we have sent inquiring about our money. Now all phone numbers go to a fast busy signal and their web site has changed. I never would have thought in a million years I would have trouble getting money from a collection agency. Don't hire them whatever you do!
