I spent 3 months attempting to do a loan modification on my own and no luck. When I finally got someone who was able to give me answers they said there was nothing I could do. So I turned to an attorney or atleast a company that uses an attorney. It is a little over a month that the attorney has been working our case and when my brother called to ask Wilshire a question, the response was something to the effect of you don't need a third party you can do that directly with us. What a crock, they really need to get their info straight!!

Don't waste youre money on 3rd parties. They aren't able to get you a better deal on a mod than you can. Don't be lazy, and do the work yourself. You'll save yourself money in the end.
