WILSHIRE CREDIT CORPORATION PRACTICE OF DECEIET AND WRONDOING IN LOAN MODIFICATIONS BEAVERTON, Oregon

I am one of the many of loan borrowers that was deceived and lied on by this lender

wilshire credit corporation ,while im on the process of my loan modification they DID NOT  even sent me a letter to let me KNOW THE STATUS OF MY LOAN MODIFICATION

but instead SOLD  my house into auction sale,Which i found out only thru a letter that was sent to us by a new owner and telling us in the letter that they want us out immediately,which shocked and surprised us, me and my wife,so i made a phone call to wilsire credit corporation last november 5,2009,spoke to a customer service rep and asked him about the status of my loan modification?then let he let  me hold for awhile on the phone,then asked me  if i live at the house? which i said yes. then asking him the customer service rep. what happen to my loan modification status and said to him that i been waiting for the letter,which the result of  my loan modification and then customer service rep,replied to me that my house was sold last october 30th,of 20009 at the auction sale,then telling me that did not hear from us till 9-10-2008 which is a complete lie,never receives any of my documents and they cannot do anything to us instead write a letter to their LSA DEPARTMENT ,then hunged up on me,and i called these company twice and they dont want to talked to me,I ASKED MY SELF I FOLLOWED ALL THE REQUIREMENT AND SENT IT BY FAX TWICE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVED ANY OF DOCUMENT WHICH I FAX,CALLED THEM AND RECONFIRMEND IF THEY RECEIVED IT WHICH THEY SAID YES AND NOW ALL THESE EFFORTS AND WORKED THAT I DID IN ORDER ME TO SAVE MY HOUSE WENT TO NOTHING BEING TRASHED AND IGNORED,NOW WE HAVE AN EVICTION LETTER FROM THE NEW OWNER AND WANT US OUT IN OUR HOUSE IMMEDIATEDELY,IS THIS THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT WE ARE DEALING OR NEGIOTING ,DO THEY HAVE FEELINGS   OR THEY JUST NORMAL LIKE THIS ,ARE THEY HUMANS OR WHAT?I DONT WHERE  WILL I TAKE MY FAMILY NOW ,I WANT SOME JUSTICE AND SOME EARS TO LISTEN TO ME AND OTHERS WHO WILL SUFFERED SAME AS WE ARE.im from los angeles,ca
