I am Wilshire customer for past 3 years.I always had insurance active to cover my property.One day I got letter from Wilshire,explaining that they have issued a new insurance policy to cover my property.Insurance triple the amount my current policy!

I have called,faxed and send certified mail with proof of insurance-nothing help; the money to pay for this insurance came off my escrow account,which is now negative...any suggestions anybody?

Not only insurance problems with this company, but try to modify loan!It is absolutely not possible! I have send required paper work many times,called and always get stalling answers...People-stay away from Wilshire!
