Wilshire is a Debt collector service is not in a business to modify loans!!! they will direct you to go to a Forbearance agreement and after your terms agreement is over they will raise your monthly payment again, or they will put you in another Forbearance agreement ! basically they use straggling home owners as ATM machine; or foreclose on home owner and get kick back from investor.
