I have the same as other reports. I ordered in September Bone conduction headset which was never delivered. No order confirmation, no communication for almost 2 months. Now I get a run around with vague automated answers then they close the inquiry. I repond they send more vague answers and close the inquiry. They blame the shipper, TNT, and give me a fake tracking number. Do not order merchandise from this company. They rip you off.
