Wish Addict My headphones I ordered from Wish Addict do not work and they do not respond to complaints on their website Internet

I ordered bone conducting headphones from an internet company called Wish Addict. I kept waiting for the headphones to arrive and after a couple of months I opened a ticket on the Wish Addict website complaining that the headphones had not been delivered. They never responded to the ticket. Ironically a few days after I had opened the website ticket the headphones arrived. I put them on the charger per the enclosed instructions and let them charge overnight. When I tried to use them they DID NOT work at all! I put them back on the charger to test and the light flashes red like they’ve never been charged! I think the battery is busted! I went again to the Wish Addict website to their "solution database” but there’s nothing in it. I opened another ticket about the headphones not working but have not heard anything from Wish Addict. I’m afraid I’ve been ripped off!
