Wish addict Took 4 months to get non working bone conduction headsets after I threatened to report them for false advertising they claim you have 30 days guarantee after you get the item. Online they say in a different area that it's 30 days after the order is placed. I got a refund from PayPal but wish list ignores emails and never even realized I have gotten my money back. They are required to monitor the emails. Internet

I ordered bone conduction headset in July 2017. Supposed to arrive in 10-15 days. They claimed that they were shipped and when the date came and went and all I got was generic email responses, I filed with PayPal guarantee and they took the money from wish addict and gave it back to me. Wish addict never acted like they knew it was cancelled. I sent them a email for proof that they were notified. After several more false shipping notifications. I sent a email that I would be filing false advertising claims with ftc. Suddenly the next shipment was the right one and it was sent registered mail. It doesn't work but I got my money back. They don't even seem to realize that I was refunded the money. The FTC says that the seller is responsible for the item arriving. Not the third party they order it from. Wish addict acts like once they order it from the manufacturer that the order is fullfilled and they have no further responsibility for the order. It took almost 4 and 1/2 months to get the order that was promised in 10-15 days.
