I purchased two pair of bluetooth headphones from the site in October of 2017 and understood they have a shipping policy that states items can take up to 5 weeks to deliver. It has been almost 8 weeks now and not only have I not received any verifiable confirmation my items has been shipped, they refuse to entertain a refund.

I would not recommend this site, nor will I ever use it's services again.
