WLI Reservation Rewards ripoff-Created fraudulant online $20 coupon for eating at my Restaurant, selling to their customers Shelton Connecticut

Please read!!!! This important!!! I am a local restaurant business owner and have recently had an issue with this company. WLI has created an online coupon for its paid subscribers without any authorization to do so on my behalf. WLI is offering a $20.00 dollar coupon to eat at my restaurant with no designation between when a customer can use it or not. This means conceivably they could come to my restaurant and 2 people could eat for free!!! What restaurant establishment in their right mind would ever offer a coupon like this? Ed, I have contacted WLI and they say that they are using a coupon from "Entertainment" book. WLI assured me that they would get back to me, but still not word. I have contacted Entertainment book through their 800 number and ironically no matter what selection you take when on the phone, the voice message reverts back to the original message when first calling. I have since contacted the BBS and FTC in CT, but who knows how long they will take to rectify the situation. My deepest concerns are that since I am a new business, I may be shooting myself in the foot by turning these new customers away! So here I am faced with a major dilemna. Loose tons of money and potentially receive future return customers or turn them away and lose that customer as well as any other customer they may tell....

What should I do?????
