World global network WGN No delevery of products no refund no answers Nationwide

I bought the phone and space station for 1000 dollars. I received ONLY the phone 3 months later. 3 months later the phone did not work. They asked me to ship and pay costs to ship. 

I have not received the space station which they took off the product list. Put in a useless watch which im not interested. 

I asked for refund in october 2016 and by now december 2016 i have not received refund and said i should be patient. I have been patient for a year. So whats going on?

no more networking companies for me.
