I purchased a brand new Helo LX  Fitness Tracker on eBay for $200.00  I registered the unit on the app in order to start using the Tracker.  The fitness tracker no longer worked after 5 months, it said it came with a year warranty.  I contacted the company to return and get the item fixed, I was told I needed a "ticket" turned in by the authorized seller. 

When I informed them that I bought it on eBay I was told that since it was not purchased from an authorized seller, the warranty was void.  I contacted the seller on eBay, with no return response.  I was told by World Global Network that they could not help me in any way.

  They would not allow me to return the unit so they could even look at it, if the cost was not extreme I would have paid out of pocket to get it fixed.  Once again I was told they could not assist me. 

I called eBay and informed them that all individuals that were selling the units for less than $319.00 were not authorized sellers.  I was told that i needed to report each individual listing as being sold as fraudulant. 

I am very frustrated that this company will not stand by its product because of who I purchased it from.

Love the product, hate the company!

 I am happy that you believe this company is wonderful! I, on the other hand believe in my opinion that they do not stand by their product. The product I bought had a code in It that allowed me to use their apps and register my product. Then they will not FIX my item. I did not ask for a new item, I did ask for a free item, I asked them to see if they could FIX my item. This is a big difference, even when I offered to pay for it. I offered this after I found out that I supposedly bought it from the wrong place. How is a consumer suppose to know this? These sellers on eBay and Amazon are not putting in their listings "oh, by the way if you buy the product from me, your screwed if it breaks”. No they have nothing listed except that there is a one year manufacture warranty. So if you shopped on these sites and saw the item, would you not buy it? Of course not, because you are going to come back and say what a wonderful company this is. This company is a pyramid scheme! They recruit sellers, who recruit sellers and the more you recruit the more you make!! Pyramid scheme, nothing more, nothing less. I am out several hundred dollars because of the lack of morals that this company has. One question, how did all of these people get these items that they are selling on eBay. eBay investigated my claims and found all 28 sellers on eNay to be legitimate sellers. If that’s the case, why won’t this legitimate, wonderful company fix my item.

I also ordered the Helo LX but I order directly from the company through a distrubutor.  I had an issue with my Helo LX about 8 months in but when I contacted them I was able to create a ticket and they shipped me a new Helo LX.  

I am sorry you had a bad experience buying from Ebay.  The product is GREAT and the company does stand behind it (when you order from a distubritor/the company).  I love that they are always coming out with new apps that works with the Helo and the firmware updates and improvements are free and give me the latest technology.

My favortie app is the HeloFit app.  It is similar to the MapMyRun app only better.  You can track you workout and more and it has an SOS feature that can use to alter loved ones if there is an emergency.

If you are still not sure about the Helo Lx and what all it does I would recommend checking out the commercial at www.wearabletechnology.helo.life

It is more then a fitness tracker it is a wellness monitor that can help you find ways to improve your life.
