Wu-Yi Source Tea bilking my bank account. Las Vegas Nevada Internet

They are saying they cannot find my account with them although I've now been charged $59.95 3 three times in a month & 1/2 and have only received 5 boxes of the tea. I tried to have them stop the autoshipments and they say they cannot find my account with them.
