Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge my complaint against WU-YI source company in detail, there have been fraudulent activity with in my account, I wish to fie a dispute, and demand that you assist me in accordance with law. Since that day transaction made on my account I presently visited Barclays Bank Wakefield and they referred me to you people and I used Barclays' bank free telephone facility but unfortunately I wasn't guided properly after that I keep trying to call you but all times lines were busy and at last I got connect and finally been given advised to report about all this.

I got an email from a Wu-Yi source with false promise .They said that they will give me a free trial with no catch and no need to buy anything first ,I have to pay only shipment charges of $4.95 and have to complete their order form, so I did but I did not click their final page ,I leave my details but I did not complete the order form ,after that I got email from them that my order was not through because their order page was down but at the same time I received their product I contacted them through email that this product is fake I don't like to use it, they replied me ok send us your cancellation ,I send them cancellation request as per their say and I received confirmation about cancellation but at the same time they said they will charge me $59.95 on my card ,I have argued with them and asked them to not charge me I will send you all pack back but they did, even after that cancellation they are still charging my card, after that they send me email that send us my address they will ship my product, I replied them I did not order this time then why you will charge me but they did ,I have following transaction disputes ,please investigate all and get all my money from them, I am also attaching their emails confirming they rip-off and fraudulent company. Once they have charged me and cancelled me from auto shipment even then money was taken from my account fortnightly ,this made me really concern about these transactions, I am writing down here transaction details which I think was taken from my account with out my authorization .

Above mentioned their email confirm that they sent me email after I have already in dispute with them,this shows their system only take details of peoples and then takes money from their account as they have all account details.

Even though they keep sending me emails, now you can guess this company is totally scam and fraud. Real company is Wu Yi ,but this company using their name and they have added word source with their name and you can find on internet and you can search there are a lot of peoples who have been victimized by this company by trick and fraud.

You have already charged me by trick and then you cancel my shipment but even though you charged me again shipment charges of 4.95$ just after two weeks time ,why u r charging me again and again when i told u that i did not order you ,even i am receiving emails from your system saying that my order is not completed due to web problems ,whats this ,you have sent me shipment on 12th may while i cancel it just after 3 days because it was wrongly received by my wife,event though u charged me 59.95$ ,then u sent me email that u ve removed me from autosipment ,but after that i started receiving emails about offers but i never respond them but even though u sent me email that my order is ready for shipment and sent us my address,plz remove me from ur system and refund me what ever u charged me by trick after getting my card details because at once ur sending emails for not receiving my order due to web problem and other hand u r charging my account,even still i am receiving emails from ur side i don't know whats happening ,u r still sending emails of different offers ,i am afraid once u get card details then u start taking money out ,its not fair ,plz refund me coz i ve already cancel it and i ve already losing money by u people and i don't want more of it

Above mentioned email is confirming that they have cancelled me from their list but at the same time they kept sending emails to me and charge me again shipment charges and other charges which I don't know.

Please investigate all and save me from this scam company ,I am Barclays customer and its your job to protect your customers from such scam company ,this company's emails are just like other scam emails who try to trap innocent peoples. I am also sending copy of statement on which I have highlighted disputed transactions.
