youcansave.com ripoff, false promises Hayward California

I recently ordered a FlexiHose from youcansave.com. It took almost a month to get here and it took only a week for them to charge my credit card. I called customer service only to get a recording at least 5 times and sent emails to customer support at least the same number of times to cancel the order. It specifically says on the website that your questions will be answered with 24 hours. They weren't and I finally received my FlexiHose.

On the web page that describes the hose it specifically says "Guaranteed to never kink, never tangle and never tear". The first time I used it, all 3 occurred. I called the sales department since I could never get a response from customer service and asked to return it. That's when I was told that all sales are final and no refunds are given. I asked about the guarantee and was told that didn't matter.

Don't buy anything from these guys.
