I'm very disappointed in this company. I have signed up for one other offer before and received my gift within 2 months. So, I decided to give it another try.

This time I signed up for the gift card offers. Two to be exact. The first gift card is for $250 and the second gift card is for $500. I have not received either one. They both were confirmed to be shipped in March 2008. See below:

$250 Visa Gift Card $500 American Express Gift Card
Confirmed; to be shipped Confirmed; to be shipped
[Mar-18-08 2:05 PM] [Mar-18-08 12:26 PM]

As you see, I have been waiting for five months to receive these. I have called customer service several times only to be told to call back in 2 months. The most recent call that I made to YourTopBrands was today, 8/29/08.

Well, to my surprise, I was told again by a customer service agent to call back in 3 months this time. She told me that these particular gift cards take longer to process.

When I asked her why, she told me that they have been short staffed and the process time is just taking longer. I told her that if they didn't intend on giving me the gift cards, then why did I have to sign up for all of those offers.

Then she said, you will still get the gift cards. It will just take longer." I think this is a bunch of crap. It should not take half a year to receive. I can't help but feel like I signed up for sponsors in hopes to receive gifts just so that these sponsors can gain exposure of there products.

I feel mislead and I want what was promised. Yourtopbrands owe me $750 and I want it now. Not 3 months from now. I think I have waited long enough.

YourTopBrands- Still Have Not Received Gift

AUTHOR: Janai - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 28, 2008

I still have not received my gift. I have called and spoke with the manager who informed me that they are still processing gifts from October 2007.When I asked her how much longer will it take, she told me that she didn't know. She couldn't give me a definite answer. I think that's a bunch of crap. It's already been 6 months, how much longer does it take to process gift cards. I'm really disappointed in this company. My advice to all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH YOURTOPBRANDS!
