Zaba ripoff Simi Valley California

On May 2, 2005, I placed an order for a Premium Search on myself through the zabasearch.com website. As of today, May 20, 2005, I have received nothing from them except the order confirmation email on May 2. This email said I would recieve another email within 24 notifying me of the results.

I have been back to their on a number of occaisions to check for an update, and there has been nothing. Obviously they have my correct email address, as I received the order confirmation

On May 16, 2005, I used their online customer service form to request information, and received nothing. I used the form again on Wednesday, May 18.

I have completed the form again today, and if I have not heard from them by close of business today, I will not only file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but also with the Florida Attorney General's Office. Time to shut these folks down.
