These are Lies.. Kim arkelian is a drug user and her hubby left her for another lady. I know this because i staked out their home in Northbrook IL and a lady was getting out of the car kissing him on the mouth. His pant zipper was down. Don't belive these whack jobs.

This is not a true statement.  Miss Arkeliean had put this here because she was told up front that money would not be taken unlesss job had been done.  The job was done the payment was lowered 400 dollars by Chase .. These are lies.. I am suieing them

Ben has helped us and these comments are from people who put this here to ruin his business. I am disturbed that he has done this. A man named Victor solarte who is a columbian drug person has set this all up to hurt him.. Victors office is at Cary IL at 847 639 1139... I feel that this man should be put in jail because he is doing this wrongfully. I cant beleive that the attorney general was contacted. Anyone in the world can file a compliaint but the validity is just not there.. I love this man and he helped us

I , like Kim, was also a victim of Mr. narter. He not only took over $1,000 of my money but after he cashed the checks, he never picked up my phone calls. It has been 3 months now and we have contacted the attorney general. According to the Illinois Attorney General, Mr. Narter has 2 pending cases against him and is due in court next month on 3 of the charges. We have hired a family attorney who does criminal law to help represent our case. He says we will most likely get back atleast half if not all of our money. Let me know if you need his number or feel free to contact the attorney general for more info on this scam artist.

Ben called a friend of mine to do a loan modification recently and said he can help him. He sounded real nice we spoke for at least 30 minutes. But after reading this it made me think whether the complaints are from clients that weren't satisfied with the results of what he promised them or if he is really a scam artist who is just out to get peoples money without doing any work? at this point no money was exchanged but I would love to hear more details so we could decide to work with him or not. Thanks to blogs like these that buyer can really beware by hearing real testimonials from people who have been burned by scammers.

do you have any updates on anyone else who were ripped off by him? was your money ever recovered? did the attorney general contact you back? do you know of any other victims and if they were able to recover their money?
