I received a call from this &#%hole concerning loan modification which he assured me he could accomplish to the tune of $3500.00.  Because I wouldn't do anything without discussing it with my husband I asked him to email me information about his company HomeServices.  What he emailed me was a contract, and thank God I never did anything with it.  I talked to my lawyer who advised me she could handle the loan modification for $300.00.  This low life kept calling and but I never answered, wasn't interested.  THAN on Dec 4th I received a threatening message from the scumbag informing me that he wasn't playing this game anymore.  Mr. Forrester would be out to take pictures of my home the following morning and they already had a buyer for my house.  WHO THE HECK SAID I WAS SELLING!!  Mr. low life was going to push this through as fast as he could to get us out of our house and they were going to get us out of there!!  And they would get the Sherriff's help. 

Well you accomplished what you set out to do ya scumbag, ya scared me to death.  Thank goodness I have my husband (a real man) who called you back and told you basically to F off.

I have reported him to the BBB and filed a complaint, my next step will be to contact the Illinois Attorney General.   You see Mr. Scumbug, I have every word out of mouth on Dec 4th on my answering machine and it will not be erased.
