We have been a customer of Wholesale merchant processing since 2007.  We closed the business in november 2014.  We notified them that we would be closing and requested via writing as per their instructions.

We used email for most of our contact since calling is a waste of time.  The person you need to speak to is usually out of office for lunch or personal.  We had throughout the years had challenges with being charged for annual fees when we shouldn't have.   It would take months to get a credit whenever they made an error.

We were told via email that we would be given instructions on how and where to mail back leased equipment.  I ket requesting information and they did not give it, instead they sent a closing contract stating we owed $1500 for early termination that we hadnt had our account for the minimum 3 years.  I thought this would be simple to clear up.  I called our sales rep and he said he would talk to Kim and get it straightened out.  

Apparently he was not able to help.  The next thing we got was an attempt for WMP to try to take $2045 from a personal bank account, not even the business account.  We called WMP and they said they had sent us to collections.

We have been sending them copies of our 1099's and statements showing we have been a client for many years beyond the 3 and they refuse to discuss.  We cancelled on our renewal month as per their insgtructions.  It appears we will be needing legal assistance with this matter.

Don't use them!  They aren't cheaper and they charge you with hidden fees everywhere you turn.  Now this!
