USPS I purchased a $100.00 Visa Gift Card at Walmart & Mailed it with USPS via Priority Mail with Insurance.The Gift Card was either Lost or Stolen. I cant get any help from Vis, the Post office or Walmart on this issue. Pasadena CA

I can't get any help from Visa, I tried to call & emailed with no luck. I only get differend ph. Numbers or I cannot get to the right prompt to talk to the correct person.

The only thing USPS should be telling you is where you need to file your claim. Are they refusing to do this? If so they must be giving you a reason.

I have been dealing with the USPS in N Ridgeville Ohio & Stafford Texas, neither ar very helpull in this matter either.

You said you purchased insurance on the card- I assumed you meant you insured it through USPS. So why are you dealing with Visa and not USPS? Is the postal service refusing to honor it's insurance?
