Advance Auto Parts The store does not return your speed perks used on a purchase that they cancelled nor will they return speed perks you submit for a purchase that the online system says it accepted but did not apply to your bill at checkout.
They keep stealing the speed perks!
They offer gas rewards for Shell gas stations when there are no Shell gas stations nearby - not driving 200 miles to use gas points!
I have complained in person about this at multiple locations and no one cares to fix this problem!
This is an in store and online issue!

NOT A KAREN YOU ARE A TROLL - JON YOU MUST BE JON S. The manager who rips people off! I NEVER RECEIVED AN ITEM TO RETURN AND THE SPEED PERKS WERE NOT APPLIED TO THE ORDER AT CHECKOUT Yet speed perks WERE taken anyway!

come on man. really i am a speed perks member also it tells you in the agreement that points are not returned on purchases. if you use a coupon at a grocery store and return the item later you do not get the coupon back.
the points are great but you must have a shell station. sorry your town does not have a shell. move if you want to use a shell station. but stop being a karen
