Back on Thursday, November 9th, 2023, I took Two (2) Aerolineas Argentinas Flights Out Of My Four (4) Total Flights Going From Toronto, Ontario  Canada Towards Neuquen Capital City Of Argentina And Their Aerolineas Argentinas Were My Last Two (2) Flights To Complete This Very Lengthy Journey and had a Horrible Experience Which I Will Get Into Detail From Within My Letter Of Very Serious Complaint!

Flight Three (3) Aerolineas Argentinas Flight #1921 Leaving At 10:20 A.M.:  Going From Santiago, Chile Towards Buenos Aires, Argentina Airport:

There were No USB Inserts To Charge Our  Devices, Period!

Whoever heard of an Airlines Not Having The Right Equipment To Charge Your Devices In This Day And Age!

There were absolutely No Entertainment Screens To Watch Movies, Listen To Music, Etc.

There was No Wifi Availability And/Or Access Either!

In Addition:  They Had No Visible Menus In Front Of The Seat That Tell You What Is Offered On The Plane To Drink, To Eat, Etc. Like The Other Airlines Offer!

Now How Tacky And Cheap Is That?

Moving Right Along:  For Their Inflight Service, All That You Served Were Sodas and Had Absolutely No Juices, Period!

I have been on Other Airline Carriers and You Are The Only One (1) Who Refuses To Offer Juices On Your Flights!  

Strange!

Just Sugary Sodas Is All That You Believe In!  Really!

Lastly
, They Only Served This Lousy Cereal Bar For A Snack To Their Customers Which Could Have Been Replaced With Something Much Better Like A Fruit Or Trail Mix and/or Peanuts And Pretzels Which Are Far Better Choices!

Seriously, They Can Do A Whole Lot Better With Their Drink And Snack Inflight Service, Period!

This Is Far From The Proper Argentine Way Of Hospitality!  

Shame On Aerolineas Argentinas!

Now Let's Talk About My Fourth (4th) And Final Flight:

Flight Four (4) Aerolineas Argentinas Flight #1656 Supposedly Leaving At 3:35 P.M.:  Going From Buenos Aires, Argentina Towards Neuqeun Capital City, Argentina:

Their Flight was At Least One (1) Hour Late, meaning that the Plane Took Off At Least One (1) Hour Later which is Totally Unacceptable!

I am therefore Very Angry and Upset over the Poor Level Of Service Offered On Both Of Your Aerolineas Argentinas Flights and Most Likely Will Not Be Using Your Airlines Again!

Improvements In Their Inflight And/Or Onboard Service Are Definitely Necessary!

I Paid a lot of Money To Go On To Four (4) Flights Starting From Toronto, Ontario  Canada to Houston, Texas to Santiago, Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina On Their Aerolineas Argentinas Flight #1921 and Ending At Neuquen Capital City Of Argentina With Your Aerolineas Argentinas Airlines Flight #1656 to Get This Type Of Service Described Above Is Beyond Sad, Low Class, Cheap and !

Final Thoughts:  Aerolineas Argentinas Is Not Such A Good Airlines Until They Take Care Of Me And Make Improvements As Stated Above!
