A.J.T.M. Financial Group Pre approved me for a mortgage loan, charge me a due Diligence Fee, Loan was denied charge 200.00 out of 1750.00 never returned the difference Connecticut Stamford

On Jan 24th, the company known as  A.J.T.M. Financial Group, Inc. Commercial & Residential Real Estate Lending:  pre-approved my client for a commercial loan. Knowing that they are not a lender, charge her a Due Diligence Fee,

The terms of the Loan were to be a Stated loan, No Income Docs, Asset asset-only lending. After she deposited 1750.00 in their account. She was immediately asked to provide business income tax.  Shortly after not qualifying for the loan, they said they would return the Due Diligence Fee. Now it has become a game of "Cat and Mouse". They make up meaningless excuses to hold the Due Diligence Fee. They won't answer the phone, they won't answer emails.

They constantly say they sent it, but can't provide proof of it. They have constantly lied about returning the fee. After they said they would return the fee. I feel that they have scammed her out of her money, with intention to defraud her
