Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall is defending a criminal pharmacist who served three years in federal prison for selling illegal drugs online, and this troubling situation sheds light on why CVS decided to hire Matthew Waldrop. My personal experience with CVS, particularly involving Matthew Waldrop and Tiffani Fulmer, has been deeply disappointing. It feels as though they are comfortably positioned within the company, engaging in mistreatment of customers, denying access to medications, and creating a hostile environment for those seeking proper care.

The level of corruption under Attorney General Steve Marshall has reached a point where pharmacy customers are left to suffer, unable to fill their prescriptions despite the fundamental purpose of CVS being to provide medications to the public. My own encounter with Matthew Waldrop highlighted the issues within the Alabama Board of Pharmacy; when I raised a complaint regarding his abusive behavior, they ultimately ruled in CVS's favor, allowing him to deny me my medication and instruct me to leave the premises without providing any resolution. Frustratingly, when I escalated the situation by reporting it to the local authorities in Phenix City, it turned out to be a mistake.

The acting manager, Christine, communicated to the police her desire for me not to return to the store, ignoring the truth of my situation. I have not committed any wrongdoing; instead, I’m a victim of a system that protects individuals like Matthew Waldrop, who abuses his position to mistreat customers. This is completely outrageous. Both Matthew Waldrop and Tiffani Fulmer are driving away loyal customers who have turned to CVS for their needs for over 15 years. It raises a critical question: why is CVS allowing such individuals to continue their abusive practices toward customers?

For how many years have the team engaging in bullying been slandering my name and harassing me while they protect the interests of unethical criminal businesses and employers

AUTHOR: Charles - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, May 10, 2025

For how many years have the team engaging in bullying been slandering my name and harassing me while they protect the interests of unethical businesses and employers? They forget that I have civil rights also. But to them they seem to think I don’t have any civil rights! It feels like an endless cycle of mistreatment, where these individuals continuously undermine my experiences. Even more frustrating is their tendency to dismiss my legitimate criticisms by suggesting that I am merely playing the victim card. To accuse someone of seeking sympathy or attention when they are genuinely affected by poor business practices is not only inaccurate but also deeply hurtful. This behavior not only invalidates my narrative but also reveals a troubling lack of understanding regarding the realities of those who face exploitation and mistreatment at the hands of unscrupulous enterprises. It is disheartening to see their relentless attacks and unfounded claims, which only serve to perpetuate the very issues I am trying to bring to light.

The Alabama attorney general has done nothing for me or punished the bad businesses who wronged me

AUTHOR: Kathy - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, May 10, 2025

The Alabama attorney general, a position that holds significant power and influence within the state, has not taken any actions that would address my grievances or provide me with the justice I seek. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, I have received no support or intervention whatsoever. Furthermore, it is deeply concerning that the unethical and dishonest businesses that have caused me harm continue to operate without facing any repercussions for their actions. People get promoted to higher positions. In the consumer department of the attorney general office. Having done nothing for victims of bad businesses. This lack of accountability not only affects me but also raises questions about the effectiveness and responsiveness of the attorney general's office in protecting the rights and welfare of its citizens. It is disheartening to witness such inaction, especially when there are clear instances of wrongdoing that deserve attention and remedy. I feel neglected and frustrated, as it seems that those who should be standing up for the people are not fulfilling their duties to ensure justice is served.
