If you are looking for alternative health products like electrical healing devices, please look elsewhere!!  I purchased a multi-wave oscillator from this company, received it after having it sent to the wrong address, and it malfunctioned after a few days.  I contacted the company who proceeded to put me in contact with a maintenance man who I explained the problem to, after which he relayed to the company a completely inaccurate report, saying it wasn’t broken but that he was sending me a replacement part ‘just in case'. 

They sent me the part and prioritized their maintenance man’s schedule over the repair of my machine, and the customer service agent mistakenly sent an email to me in which she complained about me to him.  After many requests for instructions on how to install the part they had sent with no response, I figured it out myself and the machine still did not work.  After about another month of emailing them trying to get a response, the agent said they’d been trying to call me after Id repeatedly stated I wanted to communicate only over email to avoid international calling costs, which they had already imposed on me.  I asked for a refund to which she refused and said they would repair the machine, so I agreed. I sent it out, after another month received it back, after it was yet again sent to a wrong address, and it failed after a day of use. 

I contacted the agent and she was skeptical, saying they had never had a machine fail after it had been repaired and implying that it must be my fault.  I told her again that I wanted a refund and it took yet another month of sending emails to get her to respond to me and accept, as long as I paid for shipping costs. I then requested that she send me the address to send it back to and was ignored for another month, finally after threatening legal action she sent the address.  The “customer service” if you can call it that is absolutely horrible, my emails were hardly ever acknowledged and they never seemed to be able to grasp what I was saying even after my continual clarification, with a complete incompetence in solving my problems.  This was a very large and expensive item and the shipping cost would be over $1500 which is almost as much as I payed for the product. 

I contacted the agent again to request that they pay for shipping as is required by australian consumer law if there is a major probem with the product.  She offered to repair it again but I said I had no faith in the companys ability to fix it and again requested the shipping to be paid, and I currently am being ignored again.  I have been sold a product that doesnt work and then been held responsible for it. For a company who is selling alternative health products, supposedly to better peoples lives, they are incredibly rude and shady.  Please, save yourself the tremendous headache and have nothing to do with this company!!

We did originally picked up the unit , fixed the unit ,and shipped it back to you at our cost. It is extremely unusual for a fault to develop (particularly the same fault twice) and we believe it can only be due to be due to rough handling while in transit While we have repeatedly offered to accept the unit back and refund the amount less initial shipping charges you have declined to ship it back. if you would allow us to call you, we will talk you through and assist you to start using the unit

I can only say we tried.  Even though times for phone calls were agreed ,customer was often unavailable.   We did originally picked up the unit , fixed the unit ,and shipped it back to you at our cost. It is extremely unusual for a fault to develop (particularly the same fault twice) and we believe it can only be due to be due to rough handling while in transit. If you would allow us to call you, we will talk you through and assist you to start using the unit. While we have repeatedly offered to accept the unit back and refund the amount less initial shipping charges you have declined to ship it back. Therefore we are unable to refund a product that was not returned We feel that we did all that could be expected of us ,and more.
