Alvaro and his Brother Roberto as well as Alvaro's son Emiliano portray themselves as VW bus importers and food truck manufacturers from Mexico.  They previously advertised under Palm Beach Buses.  Alvaro is a convicted felon and has 5 felonies on his record for scaming and defrauding people in the south Florida area.

They seem very friendly at first and tell you everything you want to hear but will soon give all the excuses in the world after they have recived some money.  They promised to build me a fully customized VW BUS food truck.  Theuy were to do all body work and paint which they described as "High quality" fully rebuilt mechanicles, fully rebuilt engine, and full modification foor food truck service.  They did non of this. 

They basicly bondoded it all up, did terible body work and paint, never even removed the engine which was missing pices, had a pice of wood and cardboard holding the batery up, used home depot interior door hinges on the side door, used sheetrock screws to hold on exterior panels which they screwed through the roof with no sealant. 

One of the tie rods looked like a boomerang, wires were hanging on the drive shaft, the bus wont start or run.  You name it and it wasnt done.  A garden hose for the potable water tank, no water pump, the list goes on and on.  Said it would take 3-4 months and it has been over a year and still they refuse to deliver it unless i pay more money. 

They also didnt secure the roof during transport and damaged the vehicle severarly prety much beyond repair.  Total scam.  Stay away!  Report them to the police if they offer to sell you anything or offer you any services.

They are continually posting VW stuff for sale under the facebook profile Emilio Magallanes. without any intention to deliver.  Their scam is to convince someone to buy something from them, import it, never deliver it and then sell it to someone else after you already paid for it.
