I purchased two items (boots and a belt pouch) for my wife. The company states items ship next day. It has been a week since they took my money and items are still "pending”. The customer service phone number on the website it out of service, the chat feature does not work and nobody at the company will commit to a ship date. Additionally, they claim items are in stock, so there is no excuse for this issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
